Shared Reports

Generate secure, shareable links to reports for clients, auditors, or team members without requiring them to have a CoralLedger Comply account.

How It Works​

  1. Generate a report (VAT return, transaction list, etc.)
  2. Create a shared link with optional security controls
  3. Send the link to your recipient
  4. They access the report through a secure viewer

Security Options​

Password Protection​

Add a password that recipients must enter before viewing the report. Share the password through a separate channel (e.g., phone call, text message).

Download Limits​

Set a maximum number of downloads to prevent unlimited redistribution.

Expiration Date​

Set an expiration date after which the link becomes inactive.

Shared Report Viewer​

Recipients who open a shared link see:

  • Report name and period
  • Report description
  • Format information
  • Who shared the report
  • Preview button (PDF reports)
  • Download button

Access Controls​

  • Links that exceed their download limit are automatically disabled
  • Expired links show an "Access Denied" message
  • Invalid or tampered tokens are rejected
  • All downloads are tracked and counted
